charmed by this hotel
neat room spacious room comfy bed
the room was neat. i saw a fridge, it was very handy. the spacious room was perfect for stretching out after a day of travel. the bed was comfy and helped me recover well.
the lift seemed a bit slow at peak times.

the room had two bedside tables and reading lamps. there were sufficient power outlets for charging devices. i noticed a work desk with an ergonomic chair, perfect for catching up on emails. blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

the fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section. the hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the premises. there are vending machines on every floor.

the hotel is near various attractions, including the museum. the railway station is within a ten-minute walk. there were bus stops directly outside the hotel, i noticed. many restaurants are located nearby.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted.
unclean coffeeware inconvenient parking
The room cleanliness was not up to standard. i found dried coffee in the cups, suggesting they weren't properly washed. additionally, there were nail clippings on the floor near the bed. This was unhygienic and unpleasant. the parking system also caused unnecessary inconvenience. I had to obtain a 15-minute exit ticket from reception each time i needed to leave the garage, even though i had prepaid for three days.

The room was big for the price I payed. The service staff was kind and helpful to me. I was allowed to store my bike on the ground floor storage of the hotel. That was very useful.
I visit for one overnight stay. Entering the room I noticed a decline in standards. A partially used toilet roll was still on the holder, it wasn't very nice. The bed was badly made with a mattress protector, it didn't fit well.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
weak air conditioning rude staff
the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning was very weak, so they just gave me a fan when i complained! i also found the large bed quite hard and uncomfortable. I struggled to sleep well! checking in, the lady working around 7:30pm was rude and not helpful.
